These terms are between you and Paul Sales, trading as Findable. You can reach us at paul@move37.fun.
By paying, you agree to these terms. If something here does not work for you, email paul@move37.fun before you buy and we will talk it through.
What we do
For the £99 starting fee we:
- Measure how often AI engines name your business when someone asks for your trade in your area, and record the exact questions we asked
- Build pages on your website aimed at the questions the measurement says you can win
- Fix your Google Business Profile and your listings on the directories the evidence shows matter for your trade, where applicable
- Re-measure after four weeks (eight if we build your site on a brand-new domain) using the same questions on the same engines, and send you the before and after side by side
If you do not have a website, or we cannot publish to the one you have, we build you a new one as part of the same service. Hosting and managing it are included during the minimum term; see "Websites we build and host" below.
What it costs
- £99 to start. This covers everything in the list above, including building a website if you need one. Taken when you sign up.
- £99 a month, starting six weeks after signup. This covers continuing work: monitoring AI visibility, finding new opportunities, improving pages and keeping them visible over time. The same price applies whether we optimise your existing website or rebuild it where appropriate.
- 12 payments in total, with a 12-month minimum term. The £99 at sign-up is the first payment and 11 monthly payments follow, £1188 in all. Nothing is charged automatically after the 12th payment.
All prices include VAT where it applies. We take payment through Stripe. Stripe keeps your card on file so the monthly can start six weeks after signup; we never see or store your card details ourselves.
Refunds
If the number has not gone up at the re-measure (four weeks, or eight if we build your site on a brand-new domain) you can claim your £99 back. A valid claim also ends your monthly payments: if the first one has not been taken yet, it never is, and if it has already been taken, we refund it as well. The full terms, including how to claim and what the refund does and does not cover, are on our refunds page. That page is the authority: if anything here appears to say otherwise, the refunds page wins.
The guarantee is separate from the 12-month commitment: where its conditions are met and you claim it in time, it is the way to leave early.
What we need from you
The work depends on things only you can give us, and we cannot do it without them:
- Access to publish pages to your website, or your agreement to move it to our hosting
- Manager access to your Google Business Profile
- Answers to the questions we ask after you pay: your services, your areas, your address
If we cannot get these, tell us and we will either work around it or refund you before we start. If you go quiet for more than 30 days after paying and we cannot begin, we will email you, and if we still hear nothing we will refund you and close the job.
Things we are honest about
We do not control what the AI engines say. What we control is the work, the measurement, and the refund if the number does not move, which is why the refund exists.
Your own materials stay yours: your logo, images, trademarks, reviews and business content. Pages we write for a website you already own are yours to keep. Websites we build and host for you follow the terms in the next section.
Websites we build and host
This section applies only where we build and host your website from scratch.
- During the 12-month minimum term we build, host and manage the website, and Findable owns the website build.
- Your own supplied materials (your logo, images, trademarks, reviews and business content) remain yours throughout.
- Once the term is complete and all sums due are paid, ownership of the website build transfers to you. After that there is no compulsory monthly fee: you can arrange your own hosting and management, or choose an optional Findable plan if we offer one.
- Reusable Findable systems, templates and tools, and any third-party materials, stay with their respective owners. What transfers is your website build.
- If you leave early under the four-week guarantee, the website build stays with us and the website we host is taken offline. Your own materials stay yours.
- If a payment is overdue, we will tell you in writing. If the arrears are not cleared within a reasonable notice period, we may suspend the website we host for you until they are paid. Suspension does not by itself cancel the payments still due under the minimum term.
Website ownership/transfer terms apply where Findable builds and hosts the website. Existing-site optimisation uses separate service terms. We never take ownership of a website you already own, and we do not take it offline.
Cancelling
The commitment is a 12-month minimum term: 12 payments in total, including the £99 at sign-up, and nothing is charged automatically after the 12th. The four-week guarantee is the way to leave early: where its conditions are met and you claim it in time, we refund your £99, and a valid claim also ends your monthly payments: if the first one has not been taken yet, it never is, and if it has already been taken, we refund it as well. If something goes wrong
Tell us first. Most things are fixable and we would rather fix them. If we have not sorted it out to your satisfaction, you have your rights under UK consumer law, and nothing in these terms takes those away.
We are not liable for losses we could not reasonably have expected, such as lost profits or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed. Changes do not affect work you have already paid for.
