We measure how often AI names your business before we start. Four weeks later we ask the same questions, on the same AI engines, and measure again.
If we build your site on a brand-new domain, we re-measure after eight weeks instead of four, because a new domain needs longer to be discovered. Same questions, same engines, and the guarantee applies to those results.
If that number has not gone up, email us within 14 days of your results and we'll refund your £99.
The before-and-after is measured in your home town only. Other towns you asked for are measured to plan the work, and don't count towards the refund either way.
What you pay, and when
Findable is £99 today, then £99 a month. The first monthly payment is six weeks after signup, whether we optimise your existing website or rebuild it where appropriate. It is 12 payments in total, including the £99 today, with a 12-month minimum term. Nothing is charged automatically after the 12th payment.
We keep your card on file so the monthly can start six weeks after signup. We establish a baseline, do the work and re-run the same checks around week four (week eight if we build your site on a brand-new domain). If measured AI visibility has not improved, you can claim the agreed refund within 14 days of those results.
The guarantee is separate from the 12-month commitment: where its conditions are met and you claim it in time, it is the way to leave early. Otherwise, from week six £99 a month continues for the rest of the 12-month minimum term.
The refund covers the £99 starting fee. A valid claim also ends your monthly payments: if the first one has not been taken yet, it never is, and if it has already been taken, we refund it as well. Pages we write for a website you already own stay yours. If we built and host your website, the website build stays with us when you leave under the guarantee, and the site we host is taken offline; your own logo, images, reviews and business content stay yours. How to claim
Email paul@move37.fun within 14 days of your results. Tell us your business name, and if the number has not gone up we will refund your £99 to the card you paid with.
You do not need to cancel separately: a valid claim stops the monthly before it starts, or, if the first monthly payment has already been taken, we refund it as part of the claim.
What "the number" means
It is how many times the AI engines named your business across the set of questions we measured at the start. We record those questions before any work begins, and we re-run exactly the same ones, on the same engines, four weeks later. We do not change the questions in between, because a before and after is only worth anything if both halves ask the same thing.
If we rebuild your site
Rebuilding a website does not create a separate package or price. Where we build and host your website, we build, host and manage it during the term, and the website build transfers to you once all 12 payments are complete. The full ownership terms are in our terms.

Your legal rights
This policy is in addition to your rights under UK consumer law, not instead of them. Nothing here takes away a right you would otherwise have.
